If you enroll in automatic transfers with Safebox, you agree to the following: Authorization: By enrolling, you (the "Account Holder") authorize Safebox Financial Technologies and Education LLC and its affiliates ("we," "us," and "our") to automatically withdraw your savings transfers from your designated deposit account ("Account") through recurring electronic ACH debit entries at the amount and frequency specified during enrollment (the "Authorization"). This Authorization takes effect on the first scheduled payment date and will continue until you cancel the Authorization. You also authorize us to initiate ACH debits or credits to your Account as necessary to correct any erroneous transactions. Notification of Debits: You will not receive notification of transfers by default. If you want to be notified about the transfer amounts and dates, you have the option to turn on transfer notifications in the setting. Payment Processing: If a transfer initiation date falls on a weekend or holiday, the debit will be processed on the next business day. If your Bank rejects a debit due to an insufficient account balance, we will notify you and will try the transfer again in 5 days by adding any applicable returned payment fees or other fees outlined in your “Authorization”. Account Ownership: You confirm that you are an authorized signer on the Account. You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to the Account and provide us with at least 7 days' advance notice of such changes. You acknowledge that (1) ACH transactions to your Account must comply with U.S. law and (2) this Authorization is voluntary and is not a condition for having account, however, the Safebox savings transfers work with pre authorized transfers. Cancellation: To cancel the Authorization, please email us at support@safeboxsavings.com with subject line of “CANCEL TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION”. You must notify us of the cancellation at least 10 business days before the next transfer date.
To avoid returned payment fees, ensure that sufficient funds are available in your Account to cover the debit. Please note that ACH debits may take up to 5 business days to be deducted from your Account.
